Policy

​Custom Orders

    •    We require a minimum of 3–7 days’ notice for custom orders, depending on complexity.

    •    A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required to confirm all custom orders.

    •    Changes to orders must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

    •    Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before pickup.

    •    Deposits are non-refundable, but store credit may be offered at our discretion.

    •    No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

 

Pickup Policy

    •    Orders must be picked up on the agreed date and time.

    •    We are not responsible for the condition of cakes/products once they leave the shop.

    •    Late pickups must be arranged in advance and may incur a storage fee.

 

Allergies

    •    While we offer gluten-free, nut-free, or dairy-free options, we are not a certified allergen-free kitchen.

    •    Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

Payments

    •    We accept cash, debit, credit, and mobile payments.

    •    Full payment is due at the time of pickup unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Display & Photography

    •    We love showcasing our work! By placing an order, you agree that we may photograph your items for social media or marketing unless you request otherwise.

 

Customer Satisfaction

    •    If you’re unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue fairly
